About Marvis

Marvis' experience in real estate is vast, as her real estate career began in 1984. As a committed real estate agent, she maintains her membership in the Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR), Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Marvis enjoys furthering her knowledge, as evidenced by several professional designations and other course certificates.

Understanding the importance of neighborhood connection, Marvis sole handedly implemented the Honolulu Police Neighborhood Patrol in her neighborhood, where she has been volunteering for the last 10 years. She facilitates the continued protection of about 150 homes with several neighborhood watch signs and regular patrols.

Her residential home experience extends beyond her experience as a Realtor.  She has held a license with the Contractors License Board in the category of Rain Gutter Contractor for over 20 years, is an A+ rated member of the Better Business Bureau, and was honored as runner up for the BBB 2023 Torch Awards.

In her free time, Marvis enjoys nurturing her fruit, vegetable, and herb gardens, often sharing the successful harvest with her 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
